Return and Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
In general, Texas Fabrics and Foam, Inc. does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on ANY cut items, including but not limited to fabrics cut by the yard, shade cloths, automotive products including carpeting and headliner, foam, batting, or any other item cut to meet a quantity or size request by the customer.
Refunds will be given within 14 days of purchase of any uncut items that are still in new condition, have not been used, opened, dirtied or flawed in any other reasonable way that would prevent the item from being resold. All customers requesting refund or exchange for such items will be required to provide proof of purchase.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
As far as this policy is concerned, clearance items are different from “sale priced” items, and are defined as items purchased from designated clearance racks, tables or bins, such as our $5.95/yard section, bins of odds and ends including closeout threads and scrap foam pieces, and table of remnant pieces. Sales of these items are considered final and are not able to be reversed or refunded, except in instance of error by Texas Fabrics and Foam.
FOAM
Any foam that is cut to size at the request of the customer is considered a cut item, and is not allowed to be returned or refunded for any reason.
Any sheet foam, or foam piece (half sheet or other) that is already cut upon arrival of customer and is purchased as is, can be returned or refunded within 14 days of purchase so long as the foam is still in new condition, has not been used, opened, dirtied or flawed in any other reasonable way that would prevent the item from being resold. All customers requesting refund or exchange for such items will be required to provide proof of purchase.
SUPPLIES
Any supplies, including but not limited to adhesives, paints or other aerosols, glues, staples, threads, tools, tacks, and other supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase so long as the items are still in new condition, have not been used, opened, dirtied or flawed in any other reasonable way that would prevent the item from being resold. All customers requesting refund or exchange for such items will be required to provide proof of purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are considered able to returned and fully refunded within 14 days of receipt of item, however items must be still in new condition, have not been used, opened, dirtied or flawed in any other reasonable way that would prevent the item from being resold.
Any customer requesting return of an online order will be required to pay for return shipping. Once items have been received, please allow 3-5 business days for approval of return and refund to original method of payment.

OTHER ITEMS
Return, refund and exchange of any items not specifically mentioned in this policy will be at the sole discretion of the management of Texas Fabrics and Foam, Inc.
The management of Texas Fabrics and Foam Inc., reserves the right to deny return or refund of any item deemed unable to be resold do to use or damage in any way.
