Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping costs are determined on a per order basis, and will be calculated upon checkout. Costs are determined based on size and weight of products purchased, as well as other factors like shipping destination. 

Texas Fabrics and Foam reserves the right to ship orders using different methods than that selected by customers should circumstances dictate. In these cases, items will be shipped using comparable methods (i.e. FedEx Overnight for UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Ground for USPS Priority Mail). 

Items sold by the yard may be shipped either folded or rolled depending on quantity and size of product. 

Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages. 

Orders will normally be shipped out within 24 hours of completed payment, but on occassion the process may take longer. Orders will only be shipped during normal business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays), during normal business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm MT). 

Due to issues with lost and/stolen packages , we currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers who place orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be asked to provide a different shipping address. Should one not be available, a full refund will be issued.
